KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE

  • To help support the clients of White Rivers Media and to ensure that the strategy is adhered to within the context of that assignment
  • To help support the customers through social media mediums

QUALIFICATION

  • BMM, BMS, MMS – Marketing, Diploma in Marketing and Communications, Diploma in Advertising and Communications, Qualification in SEO and SEM will be added honors.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Digital media company/online media company. Team handling exposure will be added advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define requirements, tasks, and resources associated with SEO strategy
  • Manage and execute the implementation of SEO strategy
  • Communication to clients, team, and management on strategy/project development, timelines, and results
  • Collaborate on client strategy and goal definition for success
  • Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and development
  • Contribution to the company blog and at least one social media community
  • Carry out SEO reviews for key clients, focusing on both on-page and off-page SEO – deliver technical documentation for on-site recommendations
  • Manage a team of SEO Executives to deliver effective campaigns for clients
  • Work with the Content Manager and Social Media Manager to devise an effective digital strategy which works across a range of platforms

QUALIFICATION

  • BMM, BMS, MMS – Marketing, Diploma in Marketing and Communications, Diploma in Advertising and Communications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting in End to end digital paid media strategy creation.
  • Managing leads and client servicing for existing digital media clients.
  • Will closely work with tech team to create digital martech products
  • Responsible for assisting in programmatic media buying campaigns
  • Assist in Research and creation of pitches
  • Google Adwords, Social Ads & Analytics Technical Expertise
  • Thorough understanding of SEM – Google Adwords, Social Ads, Google Analytics
  • Expert in managing paid search campaigns
  • Excellent control on the following tasks- Keyword Bidding, Ad copywriting, re-marketing, content ads, Match type strategies, Landing page testing, most recent Adwords features
  • Excellent understanding of Google Analytics and deriving to action items from data points
  • Work in a team to drive campaign strategy & development Identify growth opportunities from the client portfolio and drive revenue
  • Identifying the target audience for a particular media campaign and deciding how best to communicate to that audience
  • Monitoring buying strategies
  • Liaising and building relationships with clients and media sales companies
  • Optimize plans and budget according to the best media mix
  • Creating and executing paid media campaigns across our channels of records
  • Analyzing, Recording, and Troubleshooting performance data in excel

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understanding of the bigger picture of online objectives and ensuring all activity supports wider online objectives.
  • Responsibility for hands-on interaction with social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
  • Responsibility for hands-on interaction with off-site social properties; blogs, other company Facebook fan pages, forums etc.
  • Respond and react to changes within social networks; changes in functionality, methods of engagement etc.  Monitor and present relevant data, trends, successes, exceptions etc.
  • Manage social media campaigns and day to day activities and promotions
  • Ensure timely delivery of the project by regular reporting structures and effective client servicing
  • Creative input on content, ideas on social media viral marketing
  • Ability to write great engaging web copy in a real-time environment that can stimulate user interaction, discussion, and engagement
  • Use etiquette and ability to “sell without selling” online by delivering great service, great content & information but linking through commercial transactions which are relevant and appropriate
  • Maintain close links with other parts of the organization to ensure aligned marketing and online marketing strategy is being delivered
  • Work closely with the offline marketing and online marketing team as well as the IT/web team to ensure coherent delivery of activities aligned to strategic objectives


KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE

  • Be the brand custodian and responsible for the complete management of the brand from strategy and content perspective.
  • Manage a team of Execs, Senior Execs, Content and Design working on the brand and be the SPOC/escalation point of contact for the brands assigned.
  • Create Kickass case study worthy campaigns

QUALIFICATION

  • Agency Experience: Minimum 4-5 years. At least 1 year+ of being an Account/Brand Manager.
  • Must have excellent communication & people skills and be a passionate marketer.
